The LAC Clean Hydrogen Action Alliance is an initiative born in the framework of the COP 26 that seeks to commit and articulate all the actors involved in low-emission hydrogen in the Latin America and Caribbean region, through concrete goals and actions to position the region globally as a leader in the production and export of clean energy and inputs.
Our mission is to promote the development of the hydrogen industry and encourage collaboration to consolidate the energy transition and decarbonization at a global level.
The Secretariat represents the alliance, channels member requests, coordinates and facilitates the fulfillment of the Alliance workplan. In addition, it ensures compliance of the policies governing the Alliance, such as the current protocol for new members.
The Secretariat has a duration of 24 months.
